Chati Brazilian Blend

A "Chati" is a small, South American tiger cat, so the name fits this small blend of Brazilian beans well.  Purr'fect blend of smoothness and complexity, emitting a nice "roar" of flavor.  Serra Negra and Mogiano beans roasted at varying levels producing a very pleasurable cup of coffee.  A mix of caramel, cocoa, tobacco, nutty and spicy tones throughout the whole cup.  This doesn't lack flavor, nor does it over power.
