On our way to Guemes Island, in the lovely San Juan Islands of Washington State, we stopped in Anacortes, like most everyone catching a ferry to any of the San Juans. We chose to try out Whidbey Coffee and see what they had to offer.
The Customer service was excellent. Polite and attentive. Smiling and helpful.
The espresso, (I had a dry Cappuccino, my personal favorite) was quite nice. Slightly bright, with a good body and good balance. Sue, my better half, had a Pumpkin Spice Latte to compare to our new, house made flavor. She found the spice level very nice, but wished for a touch more pumpkin flavor overall.
I highly suggest, if you find yourself in the area, trying out what Whidbey Coffee does, and judge for yourself. I think you will be pleasantly surprised.
